Your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) is subject to these terms, which we may update from time to time. The current version is always the one published at optimized-living.preview.kolectt.io, together with our Privacy Policy. By accessing or browsing the Site you accept these terms and that policy, and you acknowledge that any prior understanding between us about your use of the Site is superseded by them.

Every order ships free within the United States.

Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. If your order has not arrived, call 8332010106 or email support@optimizedlivinghome.com and we will trace the package.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

We will credit one returned unused product in its original packaging per customer if the received package is postmarked within 30 days of the original order date and includes an RMA number obtained from customer service. Refunds are issued to the original card within 5 business days. No returns are credited after 30 days of the original order date.

Merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense and must have the RMA number marked on it. Returns that arrive without an RMA number cannot be credited. No refunds are issued for used product, and shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at support@optimizedlivinghome.com or 8332010106 before sending it back, and we will tell you what to do next.

Your payment data is used solely to execute the payment, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations; see our Privacy Policy.

If you don't recognize a charge, please contact us at support@optimizedlivinghome.com or 8332010106 before disputing it with your bank.

Every order is a one-time purchase. You are charged the price shown at checkout once, when you place the order, and nothing after that.

Orders ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before submitting your order.

Where carrier tracking shows a package as delivered we treat it as delivered unless you tell us otherwise. If tracking has stalled or the package has not reached you, email support@optimizedlivinghome.com and we will open a trace.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site or the services at any time, with or without notice. Orders already placed and paid for are unaffected: they are shipped, or refunded, under the terms above.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to this agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (adr.org). The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability or formation of this agreement, and shall not conduct the arbitration as a class or representative action. You acknowledge that this agreement is a transaction in interstate commerce governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, and you waive any right to pursue a dispute relating to this agreement in any class, private attorney general or other representative action.

Product pages state what each product is made of, its dimensions and weight, and how to care for it, as its maker specifies them. Colours and finishes may differ slightly from the photographs. Nothing on the Site should be read as an offer or a solicitation anywhere the sale of these products is not permitted by law.

While we use reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy and assume no liability for errors or omissions in its content. Everything on the Site is provided ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this exclusion may not apply to you.

Any personally identifiable information you send to the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy and, if you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, under our GDPR notice.

This agreement and its performance are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the United States for all questions and controversies arising out of your use of the Site and this agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim arising from or relating to your access to or use of the Site must be brought within two (2) years of the date the claim arose.
